Your personal data is then provided to up to three(3) of our debt partners so that they may service your specific loan request. PaymentFinder.Net does not request or obtain any third party information such as credit reports, etc.

Once your loan request has been matched, the lenders will contact you directly within three (3) to five (5) business days, usually sooner, to discuss your loan options with you. At no time will PaymentFinder.Net know the status of the lenders' offers nor will we receive any data back from either you or the lenders as to whether you've selected a particular lender or loan program.

By using the PaymentFinder.Net service offered to you, you are agreeing to the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By selecting "Apply Now " you are authorizing up to three (3) of our licensed, debt partners to contact you by telephone, even if you are on the 'Do Not Call' list, to complete your loan matching request.

In addition, you are agreeing that PaymentFinder.Net, or its marketing partners or affiliates, may send you email containing information about loans or other products that may be of interest to Debt Assistance.

Third Party Links, Ad Servers and Sponsors

This Privacy Policy applies to all information that you provide to PaymentFinder.Net. However, when you visit web sites to which we provide a link, you will be interacting with a third party that operates under its own privacy and security policies. If you choose to obtain certain services through a third party site, the data collected by the third party is governed by that third party's privacy policy, and not ours. A third party site also should have its own policy regarding the confidentiality and security of your private information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any other service provider from whom you request services.

When you register with Quickapply.com and you leave the box checked stating "Yes, I want to receive information and offers from Email-Quickapply.com" - you authorize us to share your information with Third parties to contact you via email.

If we receive personal information from a third party that is not in conjunction with a service offered on our site, the use and disclosure of such information is governed by the agreement (if any) between us and such third party.

From time-to-time, we may also use a reputable third party to present or serve advertisements to you from our website. You may, however, receive emails that advertise PaymentFinder.Net's services from third party email service providers. We have established firm ground-rules for dealing with any third party email service providers to ensure that advertisements for PaymentFinder.Net are not sent out through a "Spam" mailing - ensuring that our offers are sent only to those individuals who have given their permission to the third party email service providers to receive email communications. If any third party email service provider refuses to abide by our anti-Spam policy, we will not use that provider's services. If you want to stop receiving emails from a third party email service provider, you should follow the opt-out instructions included in the third party email so that you will not be included in any future mailings. An "unsubscribe" link should appear within or at the top or bottom of the email you received.
